Level Dependent Feats

Most level dependent feats are linked to Role Levels. In that case the effective level is the number of levels in thatassociated role plus one half the number of levels in non-associated roles. For example, an Expert 6, Warrior 8 would have an effective expert Level of 10 (6+4) and an effective warrior level of 11 (8+3). Level Lag is always considered non-associated when determining Effective Levels.

Favored Feats

Favored Feats are granted by backgrounds. These feats can be taken at any time by a character when he gains a feat (at Level 1 or when Leveling up). Additionally, Favored Feats treat all Levels as associated Levels when determining Effective Level.
